The our objectives are to ensure equal rights and opportunities in society for people with visual and hearing disabilities, protect their rights and interests, facilitate social rehabilitation and integration, promote involvement in work, culture, and sports, create favorable conditions for leading a full life, develop their creativity and social activity, and assist governmental, public, and other organizations in achieving these goals.
