NCBM is a not for profit umbrella body representing voluntary organizations representing persons who are blind and vision impaired. Our objectives include the introduction and progressive improvement of policies and implementation of services governing the education, rehabilitation, employment, accessibility to built environment, information, Ict and services, and general welfare of the blind and the prevention of blindness in Malaysia.
