The National Organization of the Blind of Brazil (ONCB) is a non-governmental, non-profit institution born from the unified movement of blind individuals in the country. It is the only civil society organization at the national level that directly represents around 100 entities across the five regions of Brazil and approximately seven million blind and low-vision people.
