The United Blind Persons of Fiji (UBP) was established in 1992 by a group of blind individuals to lobby and advocate on behalf of blind and vision impaired persons. It is an organization of and for persons who are blind or with low vision, representing our authentic voice for inclusion in a barrier-free and inclusive society where all our rights and capabilities are realized and respected
